Stage 1

Applied

Thank you for applying to our role! We appreciate your interest in Stellar Management. 
Stage 2

Review

Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you're a potential match, we'll schedule a call to learn more about your experience and goals. 

If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible. 
Stage 3

HR Phone Screen

We'll schedule a 30 minute call for you to learn more about our company with an HR representative. The purpose of this call is to make sure we're a match for each other and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role, company, process, etc. 

If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible after the call and ask that you do the same if you don't think the role's going to be right for you. 
Stage 4

Hiring Manager Interview

For this next step, you will be scheduled for a virtual Teams meeting with your potential future manager. This will be about 45 minutes and they are looking to understand your experience and how that fits the role. 

This is a good time to ask any technical questions and be granular about what the role entails. 
Stage 5

Assessment

We'll ask you to complete an assessment based on the work you would be doing regularly in your role. 
Stage 6

In-Person Interview

At this point, things are looking good. This is typically the final interview in our process where we have the top candidate come in to our offices and meet with the Managing Partners. 

Stage 7

Offer & References

Once we're both aligned, we'll make you a formal offer. This will be done verbally and followed up via email. At this point we'll also ask for some references. Although you may sign the offer before we have completed checking your references, your offer will be contingent upon successful references.
